Various personalities including Dr. Smt. Manju Lodha, who is adorning important positions in various social and literary institutions including the President of Lodha Foundation and Vice President of Maharashtra State Hindi Sahitya Academy, Mumbai were honored with the prestigious ‘Mahatma Gandhi Ratna Award’ for the year 2024 in a dignified ceremony held on Wednesday, 2nd October, 2024. These personalities mainly include Bollywood actors Dheeraj Kumar and Surendra Pal, IG Mohan Rathod, ACP Sanjay Patil, BN Tiwari, musician Dilip Sen, Sanand Verma, comedian Sunil Pal, KK Goswami, Shashi Sharma and CEO of Bright Outdoor Media Limited Yogesh Lakhani.
Bollywood’s leading producer- director Dr. Krishna Chauhan successfully and spectacularly organized the grand ceremony of the fourth ‘Mahatma Gandhi Ratna Award-2024’ under the banner of KCF Foundation on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti at Mayor Hall, Andheri West, Mumbai. This was the fourth year of this award ceremony, where famous social worker Dr. Mrs. Manju Lodha along with Dr. Mustafa Yusuf Ghom & others were specially present as the chief guests and all of them were honored with this prestigious award. All the prominent guests started the ceremony by lighting the lamp. Everyone bowed to Mahatma Gandhi and paid their tribute to him.
