Education is a fundamental right of every child, and no student should be deprived of learning opportunities due to financial constraints. With this vision, Kokan Kala Va Shikshan Vikas Sanstha (Kokan NGO India), in collaboration with Sincro (A DealerOn Company), organized a School Kit Distribution Program on 16 July 2026 at Samajbhushan Baburao Phule Madhyamik Vidyalaya & Jr. College, Parvati, Pune.
As part of this initiative, more than 800 students received school kits containing six notebooks, a drawing book with crayons, a geometry box, and other essential educational materials. The initiative aimed to provide students with the resources they need to continue their education with confidence and enthusiasm.
The event was attended by the school’s Principal, teachers, and non-teaching staff. Distinguished guests from Sincro (A DealerOn Company) included Director of Data Support Eric Patterson, Director of Customer Support Brittany Brooks, Manager of Data Support Paul McAnelly, Customer Specialist Aleetra McKay, VP of Operations Ravi Motwani, Sr. Director, Software Engineering Koustubh Pawar, Sr. Director of Operations Sudesh Shinde, Director of Managed Services Saket Sinha, Supervisor, People Operations Kanchan Jaisinghani, and Director, Software Engineering Atitkumar Shah and Facilities Manager Namrata Agresar.
During the program, Ravi Motwani, VP of Operations, addressed the students and emphasized the importance of education, discipline, perseverance, and self-confidence. He encouraged students to dream big, pursue knowledge with dedication, and become responsible citizens who contribute positively to society.
The event commenced with a vibrant traditional Dindi and Lezim performance, followed by a melodious welcome song presented by the students. To showcase Maharashtra’s rich cultural heritage, the guests were honoured with the traditional Puneri Pheta. As a token of respect and gratitude, Kokan NGO India presented the dignitaries with idols of Lord Vitthal and Goddess Rukmini, along with handmade greeting cards prepared by the students. The warm hospitality and cultural welcome offered the Sincro delegation a memorable experience of Maharashtra’s traditions and values.
The successful execution of the program was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Priti Pange, Kokan NGO India Head of the Project Department, along with Sadhana Chautmal, Minakshi Dongare, Siddhi Singh, Anjali Kamble, Netra Kadam, Sangita Valvi, and Ajinkya Shinde from Kokan Kala Va Shikshan Vikas Sanstha, who played a key role in planning, coordination, and implementation of the event.
Through this initiative, the organizations not only provided essential educational materials but also inspired students to value education and pursue their dreams with confidence. The students, teachers, and guests appreciated the initiative and expressed their hope for many more such impactful community-driven programs in the future.
