Mumbai, 26th January. Bajaj Group, one of the leading industrial houses of the country, launched its special campaign ‘Bajaj Elevate India – Vikasit Bharat Dhyeya Hamara’ on 26th January, 2025 on the important occasion of Republic Day.
Announcing the formal launch of this campaign, Chairman of Bajaj Foundation and Patriach of Bajaj Group, Mr. Shishir Bajaj said that this campaign is a celebration of Bajaj Group’s long-term commitment to empower the rural communities of the country. Under this campaign, Bajaj Group has decided to release 5 teaser videos and a 28-minute CSR film. This special film was aired on DD Kisan Channel on January 26, 2025 at 4 pm, which has also been made available on Bajaj Group’s YouTube channel. This CSR film is available in both Hindi and English. The film highlights the transformative work of Bajaj Foundation, the CSR arm of the Bajaj Group.
It operates through Jamnalal Kaniram Bajaj Trust (Sikar, Rajasthan) and Kamalnayan Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation (Wardha, Maharashtra and Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh). Over the last 15 years, these trusts have positively impacted the lives of over 5 lakh families and over 22 lakh individuals, significantly addressing challenges such as water resource management, farmer suicides and rural poverty. Their key initiatives include sustainable agriculture, water conservation, women empowerment, livelihood opportunities and skill development for youth.
